Caroline brings a long history of working with the US-China market in communication, marketing, business and cultural relations. Caroline is an award-winning author with her works published by China’s Ministry of Finance.

Aly Yip

CEO

As the leader of Waysun, Inc. Aly brings more than 15 years of experience working with major firms, consistently leading efforts to forge strong US-China professional relations and personally acting as business and cultural liaison for major projects. Aly is a friend to all animals, especially her four adorable turtles and beloved puppy.

Ryan DiSanto

Chief Operation Officer

As one of the founders of Waysun, Inc., Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in business development, operations, product design and marketing. When not in the office, Ryan can be found traveling all corners of the world or tending to his exotic garden of tropical plants and flowers.

Ben Wronsky

Chief Technology officer

Responsible for technology research and development, team management and implementation of major technology decisions, Ben integrates his experience from prior roles including Technical Director of EA where he worked on major titles. As the ultimate music enthusiast, Ben is a composer, musician and owner of more than a dozen instruments.

MARK MCENROE

CHIEF LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Responsible for Waysun’s legal, administrative and corporate development functions, Mark uses his experience as a transactional business attorney, venture capitalist and operating executive to provide practical, real-world business advice.

David Hamel

Vice President of Games

David brings a broad history in video game development and publishing of AAA titles. David is passionate about leading teams to be highly performant by guiding them towards the harmonious intersection of key business objectives with autonomy and agency over their work. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife -- watching their 3 boys play ice hockey.

Jonathan Gorman

Vice President of Finance

Jon brings over 30 years of hands-on transformational finance leadership & over $3 Billion in M&A experience to Waysun. Jon is building out Waysun’s global finance operations, creating strong relationships with capital partners and enabling Waysun to be nimble and efficient in expanding operations and integrating acquisitions. In his spare time, Jon is a passionate gamer and father.

Craig brings more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, working as senior creative leadership at the most prestigious companies in the world including Universal, The Walt Disney Company, EA, Sony, and Warner Bros,. As a real-estate professional for more than 50 years, Alan has developed government buildings, public schools and dormitories across 150 US cities. Alan is a passionate philanthropist, generously donating more than $29 million to Florida educational establishments and $2 million to Hillel Foundation.

Aaron Gorovitz

Formerly a senior executive in the largest real estate law firm in Florida, Aaron became a partner of AHG group in 2015 with a focus on strategic relationships with technological and medical companies around the world.
